Not many shoppers make it to your ‘About us’ page, but those that do are looking for something to help them avoid a bad choice.
‘Building a StoryBrand’ by Donald Miller makes a good case for how to position your brand as the guide (kinda like Yoda, Gandalf, or Dumbledore) who’s there to get the hero (your shopper) to their happy conclusion.
